Our current delivery time is within 1 to 3 business days

Postage costs

For orders within the Netherlands you pay no shipping costs from € 100. For Belgium we take care of the shipping costs from € 150.00.

Under € 100, you pay € 6.50 in shipping costs for Dutch orders. For Belgium, the shipping costs (under €100) are €9.50.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
First of all, register your return via the link below:

We must have received the return within 14 days. If this is not the case, it will automatically be returned to the sender. If the return has been accepted, we will then refund the purchase amount to your account number within 7 days.

Do you want to exchange the item? Then indicate it on the return form. So if you want to exchange, your return and the shipping costs will be credited and it will be deducted from the new order! Please note this only applies to exchanges!

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged!!

NOTE: Do not forget to state your name with your return, you can also write this on a piece of paper and send it with your return. This makes processing a lot easier and faster for us.

If the product is used or damaged, we cannot take it back.
The product must be returned with the original labels, packaging, the return form and the tag, otherwise it will not be accepted as a return.
The costs of the return shipment are for the sender.
Items from the SALE cannot be returned.
